With many online orders, you will experience art without taking any risks: you can cancel your order for any reason, or even return acquired work(s) within two weeks of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges, however, cannot be refunded. Frames of a different colour from the artist’s stated preference are non-returnable, as are the prints within these frames.
The return option is limited to 2 pieces of artwork per customer per calendar quarter. Due to their fragile nature and the immense risk of damages, unframed and non-mounted photo prints are not suitable for return and are therefore excluded from the return option. The same applies to framed and unframed large format photo prints with a length of more than 1,2 meter / 60 inches. If you return the works in damaged condition, you will be required to provide compensation of equivalent worth. Regarding mountings and frames, any scratches, spots and breaks have to be considered a total loss. For the sake of protection, goods should only be returned in their original shipping packaging, using all the protective materials. Please call our Hotline beforehand and completely fill out the return slip included in the shipment. In the case of a delivery error, We cover shipping and insurance; in all other cases, the customer assumes these costs.
An order through this website constitutes an offer to make a purchase. Your payment may be processed and you may receive a confirmation e-mail, but your order has only actually been accepted if and when goods are shipped; Roomique is free to refund a processed payment and cancel an order without giving a reason.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Germany. Customers must inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery confirmation from the carrier. Should the delivered goods be obviously damaged, and the damages are discovered only after signing for the delivery, customers have a period of 5 days to report the damages. If customers neglect to report damaged goods within this period, the right to return or exchange the purchased items is no longer valid. All orders to be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Germany. Sole place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.
ROOMIQUE.art is part of the Roomique Network. ROOMIQUE is the provider of the services under this agreement, some of which may be provided on its behalf by other members of its group. Payment for the services provided by Roomique and/or other related parties, will be taken by CALRIDEV KG, Germany for itself and/or on behalf of ROOMIQUE.

Maintenance of Information
The information provided to roomique.art is saved indefinitely and may be stored on one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by roomique.art. The Roomique Network employs industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality of this information. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we make every effort to prevent such occurrences. Any other particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for commercial transactions, is encrypted prior to your transmission of it to roomique.art
You are responsible for the security of your Customer ID and passwords. Make sure you keep them in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your private personal information. You should take this precaution even if you are not using a public computer, but even when using your personal computer in your home.
14 Day Exchange Policy for Purchases of open edition prints with standard framing.
It can come to pass that the ordered piece of art appears different than expected in your space. This is why we have an exchange policy that lasts 14 full days following the purchase of a piece from the open edition prints with standard framing.
Please note that sales are final for:
1) custom orders (any deviations from the mounting and/or frame recommended by the artist, including frame colour)
2) extra-large pieces where any side measures over 150 cm
3) unmounted and unframed prints, due to their fragility.
Items that meet any of these criteria are excluded from the aforementioned exchange policy.
When returning a gallery purchase through the post, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, or contact our customer service department at the number below. Exchanges can be made in one of our galleries at no charge, but only in the country given in the billing address for the order.
